How paying works
Free to start
Every new account gets 30 days with everything unlocked and no card on file. If you do nothing at the end of the trial, your account switches to read-only and stays readable and exportable.
Per parent, and one can cover both
Each parent has a separate account and a separate subscription. If you want to pay for your co-parent, you can do it from your billing page; the subscription is attached to their account and they never see your card.
Free for professionals and courts
Attorneys, mediators, custody evaluators, therapists, and the court never pay. A parent grants access, and the professional sees the case read-only and can export records.

Do my co-parent and I need separate accounts?
Yes. Each parent has their own account and their own sign-in, linked on a shared case. When you sign up you invite your co-parent by email. Each account needs its own subscription, trial, or waiver, and one parent may pay for the other.
What is the difference between monthly and annual?
Nothing in the product. Annual costs $59.99 a year, about $5.00 a month, against $71.88 a year on the monthly plan. Both include every feature.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account becomes read-only. You keep your sign-in, you can read everything on the case, and you can export unlimited certified records. You cannot post until a subscription, trial, or waiver is active again. Your co-parent's account is not affected.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your billing page. A monthly plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for and an annual plan until the end of the year you paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
Does a court order get a discount?
The price is the same whether you chose the service or a court ordered it. If paying is a hardship, ask about a fee waiver.
Is there a limit on exports or storage?
No. Export certified records as often as you need, and attach the files your case requires.
How do I pay?
By card, through a secure checkout. Receipts are emailed to you, and you can update your card or cancel from your billing page.
